I'm a certified PMP, PMI-ACP, and SASM, but my journey here started far from project management—with a love for Mathematics and Physics.

I began my career as an IIT-JEE Mathematics faculty, moved into corporate training, and eventually transitioned into IT. That's where I discovered Agile.

The moment I read the Agile Manifesto, one line stayed with me:

"Individuals and interactions over processes and tools."

From that point on, Agile stopped being just a framework for me—it became a philosophy.

Today, training people in Agile isn't just my profession—it's my passion. My goal isn't simply to teach frameworks or ceremonies, but to help people embrace the Agile mindset and use it to make better decisions, both professionally and personally.

I look forward to this journey with all of you.
